    Default I sleep a total of two hours per day.

    I follow a sleep schedule where I sleep for 30 minutes every six hours, and that's it. I nap at 4:30 and 10:30 am/pm, and get up at 5 and 11 am/pm. The rest of the time, I'm up.

    And before you ask; no, it's not unhealthy. The adaption period leaves you completely sleep deprived and feeling brain-dead, but once you're past that and into it, you get the same amount of restorative sleep as any monophasic sleep schedule.

    I'm not completely adapted, so not quite, but I have the same amount of energy now as when I slept 4-6 hours a night, which I'd been doing for months, previous to this.

    sleep isnt only for energy. for instance, your muscle mass builds when you sleep, so if you lift a lot you would want a good 8 hours of sleep to allow your muscles to rebuild properly. theres tons of other reasons why you need more sleep but i doubt you would listen, you seem pretty convinced this is the way to go.

    I actually was talking about this with some friends earlier. I thought of actually trying it, but figured it would be hard to get away with with considering I have school 5 days a week.
