    So simply you tell your records of doing pushups, pull ups and crunches.
    If you go to the gym then also bench press (10x), bicep curls, squats and deadlifts.

    Pushups: 87 (reached today)
    Pull ups: 12+-
    Crunches: 60 (reached today)

    Bench press: 143lbs 10x (65kg)
    Bicep curls: 33lbs (16kg)
    Squats: 220lbs (100kg)
    Deadlifts: 170lbs (80kg)

    Run distance: 4 miles+-

    Pushups: Haven't tried.
    Pull ups: Haven't tried.
    Crunches: 40

    Bench press: 120 (idk how many kg that is and don't feel like googling it.)
    Bicep curls: 35lbs (same as above.)
    Squats: Haven't tried yet.
    Deadlifts: 215lbs (same as above)

    I usually just do home workouts, so I don't have a lot of that.
    Pushups: 50
    Pull ups: 10
    Crunches: 80 (I could go higher but I never have)

    Bench press: lol no clue
    Bicep curls: 25lbs because that's the largest dumbbell I have
    Squats: no idea
    Deadlifts: no idea

    Let's also include a running category because I like running. Farthest I've ever gone was 12 miles on one summer morning with a few of my friends. I usually only run 8-10.

    i can tell by the number of pushups compared to your bench that you dont go down all the way, and do you go all the way down with the pullups? and do you break 90 with your squat

    Pull ups: ~15
    Crunches: 200ish

    i dont lift bro

    Run distance: 26.2(ran a marathon with my cross country team the summer after my senior year)
