    Default Really Bad Nightmares

    So the past few weeks, I've had some really bad nightmares. I don't remember the dreams at all. So this is how it goes, this occurred twice, I've woken up to myself "moving" in my sleep. This morning, 2AM, I woke up to myself turning with my hands curled up. I freaked out and, this might sound childish, but I freaked out or I was scared enough that I got up, not knowing what was going on, and screamed for my moms help and ran into my dads room and crashed to the floor. I don't remember one bit of the dream. This happened about 2 weeks ago too, except I woke up and just freaked out, like i was afraid of something.

    I need a little help, I'm scared to sleep at night now, legitly. I don't know what has caused these to occur. I'm part of the Catholic Church and all, and I'm wondering why this is happening to me. I have many questions, but not many want to hear nor understand.

    This method im going to tell you works in 2 was.One is keeping a constant reassurance of knowing your reality. The other is to keep you from expecting the unexpected. Every night before you go to bed you should shake your bed sheets of if theres trash or maybe food crumb. And then after that throw at least 162 sewing needles into your bed. So when you think your having a nightmare youll really just be punctured by sharp needles. No need to thank me.

    I used to have terrible night terrors as a child, i havnt had one since i was 5 except for one occation, like three weeks ago.

    i had gone to a rich Italian girls sweet 16 and had gotten high and drank a little, im not a big fan of alcohol. anyway to say the least i was fucked up.

    so i had gone back to a friends house and i was sleeping on the floor next to his bed, at around i want to say 4 i woke up screaming and smashed my head on the bed. i jumped up and started breathing hard. i woke up his cousin and i ended up staying azwake all night scarred af.


    MY honest opinion is that to prevent night terrors is to try not to let them faze you.

    Like a week ago i had my first "night terror" in a long time. It was at like 4-5 in the morning and i don't even remember if this was a dream, or if i was actually awake and just hearing shit, but i remember rapidly sitting up in my bed in the dark and hearing the sound of something big getting dragged around on the carpet outside my room. The sound kept getting louder and louder and i literally did not move for at least 20 minutes while this was going on. After a while i just passed out from mental exhaustion. After waking up at like noon, i remember feeling fine. Idk man. I usually have good dreams too. Sometimes shit just happens.
