Default [Help] HDMI Cable keeps going on and off

I didn't know where to put this at since I'm talking about both the TV and PS3 so I just started this thread here. But anyways, these past week my HDMI cable was working fine. A couple days later it started to go on and off. Then it constantly started go on and off every other time. Now today it's not even working at all .___. The Cable is fine, along with the TV. Most of the time when it was going on and off I had to take it out and plug them in all the time. Usually that works but not now .___. It's annoying me so much I want to just use the default display settings but I can't change it because the HDMI cable won't even work .___.
