Programming Resources - Maven and BitBucket
Here's a few resources I use with my dev team, try 'em out.
Maven is a plugin for Eclipse that uses xml files based around the idea of POMs to organize projects. It allows several benefits; most notably are that you don't have to add physical jars to your build path (use the xml to specify dependency URLs), and you can package dependencies into the jar itself. So for example, if I have a plugin for an MC server that relies on another one of my plugins, rather than having to add that jar to the server, I can use Maven to add it directly to the jar of the initial plugin. We have a minigame engine that's automatically usable by every plugin we create thanks to Maven.
BitBucket is a git repo, like GitHub, except it allows you to have private repos without having to pay them anything. With GitHub, you can't keep your code private unless you pay for an upgraded account. BitBucket also has its own client for managing repos called SourceTree. It makes committing, pushing, stashing, and pulling changes extremely easy. It allows you to see exactly what changes you're pushing, what lines have been added/removed, etc.
These two tools in conjuction make working on group projects much simpler, and I recommend them for any large projects. Basically I can make a change to the minigame engine (which every game comes packaged with thanks to Maven), and then the other devs can pull the change from bitbucket and their code will update right away.

BitBucket is an AMAZING git repo! I love it! Much better than GitHub!

Maven is also really useful, especially for projects that need a lot of things added to the build path.
