[HELP] Rooted Android Phone
So I just rooted my Galaxy S4 active, and this is my first rooted device. Could anyone tell me some of the things I can do now, and if possible, link me to where I could do such things? Like I said, I'm new to this, so I have no idea what I should even do with this.

I don't recommend you to change ROMs because you are new to this stuff. Download freedom. It gives you free in app purchases. Search up "freedom android" on Google

Free stuff and whatnot. But definitely take Jew's advice on this stuff as he is all knowing in all things rooted/jailbroken.
Jew and sky and coldfire (I think coldfire) would be the best to answer your question though. I think jew helped me when I was asking a while ago.

Yep I'll edit that. Sorry, didn't mean it that way at all. Wow I need a nap.

If you have "Unknown Sources" CHECKED under your security settings, you can search and download any app you want for FREE.
Say you want Angry Birds Star Wars the "paid" app, but you don't want to buy it.
Just go to Google.com (or your search engine of choice) and enter this:
Angry birds stars wars 1.2.3 apk
The "1.2.3" would be the VERSION number that you get from looking at the description in the Play Store, to see the current build released.
