    Default Bluetooth Help

I have been trying to pair my Bluetooth headset to my Windows 7 computer for ages, and I cannot seem to find a way I looked up a few videos they all tell me to go to the "Start menu" then "Devices and Printers" and to add my device with the "Add Device" button on the top left of the window but when I put my Headset in pair mode the computer won't pick it up and I have a fairly simple Headset I use it for my PS3 even just fine do you know of and alternate software I could use to fix this or is their a easier way

Are you sure you even have Bluetooth on your computer?

Do you have this icon right next to the time/wifi/battery?

Do you have an entries like this in your Device Manager?

If you do, then tell me and I'll be able to help.

My headset was made by Samsung product # AACRD50CXE IDK what you mean by a reciever though but it's not a problem with my Headset as seen above its my computer and I may just not be able to unless there is some way to install the proper software manually?

It more than likely means your computer does not have a bluetooth module installed, or a hard switch on the computer is keeping it disabled.
