    Default My Journey As A High School Senior

    I post this realizing that most people won't care. And ofc there's going to be trolls and what not, however, I am doing this for personal reasons. Read if you want, flame if you want, but this is for me to keep track of my progress, and keep a little safe haven of everything that has happened.

    Today is the first day I start my journey as an accomplished high school senior. No, it isn't my first day of school, however it is the first day that I am deciding to work extremely hard this last year in school, something I should have done long ago. Currently, I am taking non-prescribed Adderall, originally to basically starve myself while I work towards losing weight, however, I came to the realization that it helps tremendously with my school work.

    Starting Weight: 215. Fat... Yeah.
    Starting Cummulative GPA: 2.71
    Current moods: Just got out of a small relapse in my depression. Self conscious.
    Prescription Status: Unprescribed.

    Goal Weight: Whatever makes me happy. Going for healthy as well, not just skinny.
    Goal Cummulative GPA or GPA/q: 3.0/3.4
    Goal moods: Happy.

    Do I regret taking a drug that wasn't meant for me? Sort of. However, in the long run it will help, as long as I don't do some stupid OD shit like I did once. The first day of doing this, I was pumped for school. I interacted with people better, and was in a better mood all together, due to energy I assume. I had ~4-5 hours of sleep after working till 1 AM.

    Short term goals: Work on my interactions with people. Bond with my family better, get along with coworkers at work better, and continue to work your ass off.

    Now, I need some advice for the gym.

    As I stated, I originally started taking adderall to assist in weight loss. My main priority at the minute is weight loss, because it really drags me down, however I plan on later building up my muscle mass. Has anyone got any advice for good exercise routines, how often I should be going to the gym, how long I should be working out, precautions so I don't exhaust myself (might sound ironic, however, on stims there just isn't any stopping.) Also, any advice on things to aid with these things, such as specific vitamins I should be taking, etc. I plan on going to the gym 4-5 days a week to start with, for at least an hour each time. However, between High School, College, Work, and my community service I have to make up (currently 30 hours left,) I don't get a lot of free time.

    I did read on a bodybuilding website to never work out over an hour, specifically it said 30-45 minutes at most for the best results. You've got to push yourself too but not too much.

    My problem with seeing things like that is that I feel like it doesn't apply to me, due to the fact that they're doing more then I'm doing.

    I know that adderall is addicting. That's why I'm kind of really afraid. Like. I've been debating on if I should do this in the first place or not, however, I decided I would benefit. I don't really get addicted. Haven't had nicotine in a bit, no weedorino, not DXM dependent despite how many times I've done it, etc.

    Thanks. I do plan on keeping this updated, if anything, for myself.

    I'd be in the gym 3-4 days a week. Depending on how many days you decide, go like 2-3 days not maxing out but do 20 lbs less than your max and then the 3rd or 4th day max out. You don't always have to be big to be toned, if thats what you're trying to aim for. But just keep up in the gym and you'll be fine.
