Problem with my Mitsubishi 300GT.
Okay, just got this car a month ago and it started doing this about a week after I bought it. Every one hundred miles or so, it overheats and I can't figure out why. I've replaced the waterpump, timing belt and many thermostats but it's still continuing to do this.
I'm gonna take it to a mechanic Thursday but was wondering if anyone had any ideas or suggestions.

You could pressure test your coolant system and find any leaks.
It also could be your radiator cap.

Also, if you notice any performance issues with the 300GT, it's because of the fuel injectors. Just saying.
Damn Mitsubishi has so many problems, I would never dare to buy one used.

They have some very weak transmissions as well. Granny shift that thing, otherwise your synchros are gonna fry.
Worst case if it's not any of the above problems, it's likely your head gasket is in rough shape. How hot is it getting? Are you getting enough oil pressure? If it's not getting too hot, it shouldn't be a major concern. (Mine gets up to 220 during the Summer)

People who own Mits where I live are shit tuners who blow the fucking head gasket and use form-a-gasket to quick fix just to sell it off and let it blow up on someone else, seen it tooo many times in the shop I worked at.

Might have something to do with the fact that you just bought a car from a company that sells air conditioning

Try water in the radiator, could be the most simply problem. Also is it throwing any kind of codes at you?(gauge warnings)

Make sure there arent any leaks going from the water pump to the neck, also use a sheet of paper, hold it to the fan. If it sticks, BAD. If it blows away, GOOD.
