Default [Help] Changing Nat Type to Open

Is there any easy ways to open up the Nat Type from 3 to Open? Or Moderate at least?

Time to DMZ and Port Forward, these will open up your NAT status.

If all else fails, try a direct connection to the router than through Wifi.

Some routers limit the wifi to be "more secure" and reject certain ports opened by programs/games by default

I tried this and it says to find the "Gaming" section on my router but I can't. It's not there.
