Thats a pretty good build, i'd throw in an aftermarket CPU cooler and maybe another fan or two for better air flow. Or just go with liquid cooling, unless you don't plan on Overclocking.

Like idk, i have never built my own pc before, but i know some bits and pieces so i just went from the processor and went through new egg, i tried to go affordable, i added in a razer keyboard ultimate edition for $99.99 and my total including warranties is $1398.01. but thanks unleashed, when it gets time to buy, im going to relook at this thread so i probably will buy fans, but after everything is paid for.

    ya.

but in all seriousness you could drop 10 more bucks and get a R9 290 that's got twice the bandwidth.

however, if you're doing cuda development, you could go up a kick and get a gtx 770 that's clocked a Ghz higher than the 760. or just go balls deep and get a 780Ti or a 980, hell even an R9 290x.

you could also get a hyper 212 evo for like 35 bucks and cool your chip off. the stock heatsinks for intel suck.

yep, it's an amazing piece of engineering. it keeps an i5 @4ghz at a chill 43C (moderate load) for me and a decent 48-50C (100% load).
