    Default Anyone works out?

Anyone else works out in here?

I workout at the gym but lately I haven't had time to go and workout and I have been working out on my house for the last couple of days with some dumbbells I have. Right now a few minutes ago I was doing some biceps on my house with a dumbbell of 20 and a dumbbell of 10 (I normally use 35-40 dumbbells in the gym).

So I made 20 repetitions with the 20 dumbbell and then went quick to the 10 dumbbells and did reps to fail. I felt more stress on my bicep than ever in the gym. I used to workout at my house before I had gym membership and I had pretty good biceps results at my house just with the dumbbells I have. I do a lot of stress doing slow movements on my biceps. What you guys think?
Feeling pain and stress on the bicep is a good signal?

Make sure that you're taking care of your body after your lift. The recovery phase is key. Static stretches after your work out should keep you from tearing anything.
