@the OP you ask for help and when you get a little razzed you turn complete moron.
There are tons of "modders" around. You just have to pay for it. I think it's called a recovery. You will in fact have to use a new xbl gamertag and whatnot. But, you go to Sev7n sins, go to xbox 360 modding, and find Apollo3841. He has terms and charges for different things but in the end you will have everything you ask for. Just keep what you want in his recommended terms and you won't run into any issues. (he can mod an account then you will transfer it to your xb1)
